Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us 24hrs prior to your appointment to avoid being charged 50% value of appointment * Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. Late arrivals may experience a reduction in treatment time * Remove valuables as we do not assume any responsibility for valuables * Guests must be 18 years or older to receive treatment; guests ages 14 to 17 can receive treatment when accompanied by a parent or guardian
